Basil and a tomatillo from Tanya's greenhouse

I harvested a big fistful of basil from my greenhouse tonight....

...and sprinkled some onto tomato and asiago on toast, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Yum! I will make the rest into a basil salad dressing later tonight (a la rebar cookbook).
